If it had not been for Nilla Lindgren, we would not have bought or even been interested in the cabinets. We were very pleased with her and she was able to deal with my husband and he does not make decisions easily and changed his mind many times (ask Nilla). However, Nilla was very patient and we got through this and our cabinets are beautiful! We just love them.The gentleman in charge of putting up our cabinets was Pedro Rangel and his assistant was Jesus. They were very respectful and their work was beautifully done. The remodeling of a home is typically a very inconvenient process. I've been through two of them myself.The job your staff did for me, though, was excellent. From Melina, who encouraged me to get the correct designer for my personality - I was going to have her send my samples back to me and was not going proceed with a purchase. To Nilla; who did an AWESOME job of helping me choose the correct look for my home. - tile, cabinets, and accessories. She is a very good salesperson, in handling objections, follow up, and sales techniques. Very professional. I'm a good judge of that as I was previously a Sales Manager for Retail Furniture. John; who is good for customer service. He allowed me to be a customer with valid concerns. He professionally and efficiently handled any job that needed to be completed.All I can say is Thank you!

We just had a job completed by your company. The completion date was June 12, 2009. Nilla Lindgren was our designer. We felt it important to take this opportunity to let you know what an outstanding job she did for us. When we first contemplated using Reborn, we met with Joyce and set up an appointment at our new home with her, however found out just prior to the appointment that she no longer worked for your company. We were concerned as we felt she was very knowledgeable and even considered canceling and exploring estimates from other companies. In the end, we decided to keep the appointment with another designer who turned out to be Nilla Lindgren. Boy did we luck out! She was the consummate professional and had extensive knowledge of what was quality material and what would look good in our home. She took the time to find out our “likes and dislikes” and consulted with us every step of the way. Anytime we had questions, concerns or needed just a little assurance that things were progressing, she was “there” and made herself available even on weekends to answer our emails.We have already referred Reborn (specifically Nilla) to three (3) of our long time friends who want to remodel their kitchens. Everyone who sees our place asks who did the job and we are “thrilled” to say “Reborn” but also quick to insist they ask for Nilla. We are aware you have many designers who we are sure are equally “qualified” but again, Nilla was the one who always made us feel “important” and the service she gave was unequal to any we have had. Mr. Nardo, please be sure to let Nilla know how wonderful we think she is and what an awesome job she did and most importantly the “caring” she displayed. Your company has just completed the installation of our cabinets in our kitchen and two bathrooms. I am writing to tell you what a delight it has been to work with Reborn Cabinets.From our first contact with your company sales rep, Nilla Lindgren, to the final inspection by Gueromo, the entire transaction and process was about as smooth and professional as any I have been involved with.I recently retired from ownerwhip in my own truck leasing and rental business, so I know how important customer service and reputable products are and your company excelled in all areas. We just wanted to thank you for the fantastic job you did with our kitchen make over. Both Ed and I are very happy we decided to use Reborn. Your ideas you came up with for the remodel were so creative and gave us so much more room. It really has transformed this whole end of our home. Now that we are using this beautiful new kitchen, it is truly hard to remember how small our kitchen was. Right from the start working with you and then all the follow ups between you and Phil checking on things to make sure everything ran so smoothly. I was amazed on how fast it went and always on time. The contractors were all wonderful and never left any mess behind. Most people we had talked to told us it would take months for the kind of job we were going to have done. They were surprised when we told them that work was completed in just over a month. Everyone agrees that it looks wonderful.
All in all it was a pleasant experience watching the transformation take place, and it didn't take us long to realize we were in good hands with the Reborn staff. I'm sure when we are ready, we will call again for our bathrooms to be done.
